Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves identifying new business opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, conducting regular client visits, and preparing timely and accurate quotations. You will be expected to meet or exceed established sales targets, deliver technical presentations, and customize solutions to meet client requirements. Providing both pre-sales and post-sales support is essential to ensure customer satisfaction, alongside monitoring market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies effectively. Additionally, the Sales Engineer is responsible for timely payment collection and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships for recurring business.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a B-Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Electrical fields and possess 2-3 years of sales experience within the engineering industry, ideally with products such as conveyors, bearings, and valves. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts clearly to clients. Familiarity with industries like food, cement, and beverages will be advantageous. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and fluency in English are expected. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Candidates with a valid Saudi driving license will be preferred.
