We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with solid experience in the fabrication sector to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires candidates who have proven expertise in fabrication processes and sales within the industry. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 SAR monthly, with additional incentives based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will play a vital role in expanding our business by identifying new sales opportunities and promoting fabrication services such as structural steel, metal fabrication, and customized components. Responsibilities include preparing commercial proposals, handling tender submissions, and reviewing client technical documents in collaboration with fabrication teams. Engaging in client meetings, site visits, and presentations is essential to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, contributing to monthly and annual sales goals. Furthermore, this role involves coordinating with engineering and production departments to ensure successful project delivery and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients. Monitoring market trends and competitive activities will support strategic decision-making and continuous business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in sales focused on fabrication departments. A thorough understanding of fabrication drawings and manufacturing processes is critical. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to engage clients and secure contracts. Candidates must be capable of working independently and meeting sales targets consistently. Willingness to travel extensively across all regions of Saudi Arabia is necessary, along with holding a valid driving license.
