This role focuses on providing expert consultancy services for European work permits, helping clients successfully navigate the immigration process to build their careers abroad. Fluency in Hindi and English is required, while additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Counselor, your main duties will include counseling clients on their eligibility and options for European work permits, generating leads through proactive outreach, and converting inquiries into completed applications. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and consistently achieving monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are essential elements of this position. Staying informed about the latest European immigration policies and procedures will help you provide accurate and timely advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively counsel clients.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
