Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Product Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You will act as the key link between the company and our clients, understanding their needs and offering the right solutions that add value to their business.

Responsibilities:

– Identify and target potential clients (contractors, consultants, building owners, etc.)
– Promote and sell firefighting (sprinklers, Valves, Grooved fittings, etc.) and fire alarm products (panels, detectors, sounders, etc.)
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers
– Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
– Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
– Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions
– Offer technical advice on product selection, compatibility, and applications
– Interpret technical drawings and specifications (BOQs, system layouts, etc.)
– Support clients in understanding applicable standards (NFPA, BS, local civil defense codes)
– Prepare detailed quotations and commercial offers
– Coordinate with the estimation and design team to prepare cost-effective proposals
– Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts
