Job Overview

TeleNoc is expanding its Oracle practice and seeking an experienced Oracle Pre-Sales Manager fluent in Arabic to lead technical and functional engagements with senior client stakeholders across Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique opportunity to present complex Oracle solutions to C-level executives and drive strategic discussions both in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

As the Oracle Pre-Sales Manager, you will guide the pre-sales process focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud, E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Application Express (APEX). Your primary duties will include mapping customer requirements to Oracle offerings, designing tailored solution architectures, and delivering impactful demos, workshops, and proof of concepts (POCs) to senior management teams. You will also engage directly with CXOs, IT Directors, and business leaders to address their technology needs and support the full sales cycle by preparing RFP responses, RFIs, proposals, and ROI analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle technologies, including extensive knowledge across Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), EBS, OCI, and APEX.
• Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales, solution architecture, and consulting roles within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required; MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English is essential for this position.
