Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and presentable Sales Associate to join our gift shop team located in the Dammam / Khobar area of Saudi Arabia. This role requires candidates who possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a retail environment. Ideal applicants should have a transferable Iqama and be ready to contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring the shop maintains a welcoming atmosphere. Tasks may also include gift wrapping, managing sales transactions using basic POS systems, and contributing to inventory management. Experience in retail settings involving gifts, flowers, or event-related services will be advantageous.

Required Skills

• Fluent English communication skills to effectively assist customers
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a neat appearance
• Good customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience
• Basic computer skills, including POS system operation
• Experience or knowledge in retail, gifts, wrapping, or related fields is a plus

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Must hold a transferable Iqama
• Willingness to work within a retail store environment

Compensation and Benefits
