Brand For Less, a well-known retail brand in Riyadh, is currently seeking a Female Store Merchandiser to join their team. This opportunity is specifically available for Filipino nationals who are already residing in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a hands-on approach to merchandising within mall-based stores and offers a renewable two-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties involve managing the in-store product displays, ensuring the shelves are well-stocked, and maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards. The merchandiser will work closely with the store team to optimize product placement and support daily store operations, including mandatory overtime on Fridays.

Requirements

Candidates must be female Filipino nationals currently living in Saudi Arabia with a transferable visa. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Fluency in English is necessary, while basic Arabic language skills are considered an asset. Previous experience in retail or merchandising roles is preferred to ensure familiarity with store operations and customer service standards. Willingness to work a nine-hour shift with mandatory Friday overtime is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a gross monthly salary of 2,800 SAR, with overtime pay compliant with Saudi labor regulations, particularly for Friday work. Although accommodation and transportation are not provided, the company covers medical insurance and ensures full compliance with Saudi labor laws. After completing two years of service, employees are entitled to paid leave and a free round-trip ticket to their home country. An Iqama transfer is available after one month of employment.

Work will take place within Brand For Less stores located in shopping malls across Riyadh. The environment is fast-paced and customer-focused, requiring flexibility and a team-oriented mindset to succeed.
