This role involves providing expert consultation and sales services related to various visa types, including tourist, visit, Schengen, UK, and USA visas. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, guiding clients through visa application processes with professionalism and care. Your day-to-day duties include converting leads into sales by effectively following up, meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs, recording client interactions accurately in the CRM system, and staying informed about the latest visa requirements and travel regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience in the travel, tourism, visa consultancy, or immigration sales sectors. Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals combined with strong communication and negotiation abilities is essential. Fluency in English is a must, while additional languages are considered an advantage. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and possess excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
