SHAMS MIDDLE EAST is currently looking for a skilled Salesman to join our team in Al Khobar, Aziziyah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity for sales professionals experienced in building materials and general trading to contribute to our expanding business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and committed to delivering outstanding service while helping us grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take ownership of sales efforts and customer relations, including:

• Promoting and selling building materials along with general trading products to a diverse clientele including contractors, builders, industrial clients, and retail buyers.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities and developing new business accounts.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Preparing accurate quotations and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Coordinating product deliveries to ensure timely and satisfactory service.
• Following up on payments and maintaining detailed records of customer transactions.

Requirements

We seek candidates who possess the following credentials and skills:

• At least 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience in building materials or general trading, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• A transferable Iqama and a valid Saudi driving license are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic or Hindi will be considered an advantage.
• A solid understanding of the Saudi market and an established customer network.
