Al Empa Arabia Company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive specializing in building materials to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on outdoor sales within the plywood and timberwood sectors, targeting B2B clients. Key Responsibilities

The role requires frequent client and site visits to build strong relationships and identify customer needs. Responsibilities include generating new business leads, maintaining communication through calls and WhatsApp, and providing customized product recommendations. Meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets is essential, along with supplying market insights and monitoring competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least four years’ experience selling building materials, particularly plywood and timberwood products.
  • Proven knowledge of film-faced plywood and laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is highly preferred.
  • Prior success in B2B sales within the building materials industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster lasting client partnerships.
  • Self-driven with a clear focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to manage fieldwork efficiently with personal transportation.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic sales management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service aptitude.
  • Possession of a transferable IQAMA and preferably a valid Saudi driver’s license.
