We are seeking a skilled Projects Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding project sales by cultivating strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and real estate developers. This role focuses on identifying new business prospects, managing the sales process from inquiry to contract award, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Projects Sales Executive, you will:

  • Identify and actively pursue new project opportunities, tenders, and business leads across the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, engineering consultants, real estate developers, and procurement teams.
  • Perform regular client visits to present and promote the company’s products and services effectively.
  • Manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs), converting them into successful sales and contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with Estimation and Engineering teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.
  • Oversee projects from initial design phases through to supply and execution.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to secure deals that align with company targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports detailing opportunities and performance metrics.
  • Keep customer and project databases current and accurate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in project sales within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi projects market, including interaction with contractors and engineering consultants.
  • Experience working with real estate developers as well as government and semi-government entities.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude capable of working well under pressure and achieving sales targets.
