Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our dynamic team at computer retail shops located in Mursalat and Sulaymaniyah, Riyadh. Open positions include Computer Technicians, Printer Technicians, Counter Salesmen, and Field Salesmen.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing expert technical support and maintenance for computers and printers.
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales transactions at the counter.
• Actively engaging with clients and generating sales through field visits.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering professional advice and timely support.
• Maintaining proper inventory and organized workspace in the shop.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in computer shop environments is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge in computer hardware and printer troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently both in-store and during field sales activities.

Additional Information

Applicants from Indian, Sri Lankan, and Bangladeshi nationalities will be preferred for these roles.
