We are a leading food industry company with multiple retail branches, currently looking for a skilled Branch Supervisor to manage and oversee the operations at our points of sale in Riyadh. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in retail management who are eager to contribute to smooth branch operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The Branch Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring daily branch activities run efficiently. Key duties include:

• Supervising all daily operations of the branch and points of sale to maintain high performance
• Ensuring the effective execution of sales processes while upholding customer service standards
• Monitoring inventory levels, cash handling procedures, and accurate reporting
• Collaborating with the operations team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or branch supervision
• A diploma or higher educational qualification
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Iqama transferability is required
