Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Allocator to join our retail team in Riyadh. This role involves managing efficient stock distribution, maintaining accurate inventory control, and supporting sales-driven decisions through detailed data analysis. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between stores, warehouses, and the buying teams, ensuring smooth stock flow and optimal product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate new stock and replenish existing inventory to stores based on sales performance and store capacity.
• Maintain stock accuracy across multiple stores by monitoring inventory levels and identifying slow-selling items.
• Manage stock transfers between retail locations and distribution centers to balance stock availability.
• Generate weekly, seasonal, and ad-hoc sales reports to guide stock allocation and movement decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison between retail stores, warehouses, and buying/merchandising teams to ensure coordinated operations.
• Track purchase orders to guarantee timely deliveries and resolve any supplier-related issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a retail stock allocation or inventory management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed stock distribution decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control.
• Proficient in managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
