Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist experienced in SAP Ariba, specifically from the supplier’s perspective, to support procurement activities tied to Aramco projects. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses on streamlining vendor onboarding, managing procurement documentation, and configuring RFQs within the Ariba platform. Candidates will play a crucial part in enhancing procurement processes on platforms such as Aramco e-Marketplace and the Petro Rabigh portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier interactions and onboarding procedures using SAP Ariba.
• Configure and handle Request for Quotations (RFQs) within the Ariba system.
• Navigate and operate on the Aramco e-Marketplace and Petro Rabigh portals.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive procurement documentation to ensure compliance and process clarity.
• Identify opportunities to simplify procurement workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, particularly on the supplier side.
• Strong understanding of RFQ configuration and management.
• Familiarity with Aramco e-Marketplace and Petro Rabigh portal operations.
• Proficient in vendor onboarding processes within procurement systems.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing procurement documentation.
• Ability to analyze and improve procurement procedures.
