Job Overview

Advanced Technical Services (ATS), a subsidiary of CSI Global, is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. ATS delivers top-tier engineering and technical solutions across the GCC, with a focus on MEP contracting, electrical testing, commissioning, facility management, fit-out, and energy solutions. This role is tailored for professionals with a procurement background and hands-on experience in cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle comprehensive procurement processes for MEP and electromechanical projects, including preparing RFQs, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and issuing purchase orders.
• Identify and source reliable suppliers, solicit competitive bids, and develop detailed commercial comparisons to assist project decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the estimation team to provide accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) pricing and thorough cost analysis, enhancing budget accuracy.
• Negotiate effectively to secure favorable contract terms and achieve cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Coordinate material delivery schedules with engineering and project management teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring all suppliers comply with project standards and regulatory specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least three years of procurement experience, specifically within construction or MEP project environments.
• Demonstrated exposure to cost estimation and financial evaluation linked to procurement activities.
• Strong negotiation capabilities paired with effective supplier relationship management skills.
• Current residence in Riyadh or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia’s capital.
