BEC Concrete Solutions, based in Riyadh, is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join their commercial team. This role is ideal for an organized professional experienced in managing procurement activities and supporting administrative and contractual processes. The successful candidate will play a key part in overseeing supplier relationships, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the procurement department.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing and following up on procurement processes, negotiating and contracting with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and requirements. Maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative tasks related to purchasing will be an essential part of this role. The candidate will also contribute to data analysis and reporting to aid decision-making.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in procurement or a related business function
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and table management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications
