United Electrical Supplies Factory Co., a renowned manufacturer of premium electrical distribution and ventilation products in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Officer. This role is based in Riyadh and offers a competitive monthly salary of SAR 3,000, along with free accommodation and company transportation. The ideal candidate will manage the complete supply chain process, focusing on cost-effective operations and international sourcing while utilizing Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement and Logistics Officer will be responsible for sourcing raw materials both locally and internationally, including platforms like Alibaba.com. This position involves negotiating supplier contracts, overseeing the logistics of international shipments—specifically 20ft and 40ft containers—and ensuring compliance with customs documentation and freight coordination. Managing the inventory through Odoo ERP using systems such as FIFO, forecasting, and physical stock counts is also a crucial part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience working in manufacturing within KSA, preferably with electrical products.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to handle communication effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and advanced Excel functions for inventory and procurement management.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance including SABER, SASO certifications, ZATCA customs clearance procedures, Letters of Credit (LC), and understanding of Incoterms.
• Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory for this role.
