Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Secretary with at least three years of hands-on experience to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and international sourcing, ideally within the advertising and printing industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement documentation, coordinating communications with suppliers, and supporting negotiation efforts to ensure favorable terms. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient procurement operations and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a procurement or purchasing support role
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination
• Experience with international sourcing and negotiating with vendors
• Familiarity with the advertising and printing sector is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates from Kerala will be given preference due to their relevant industry exposure and expertise.
