Our company based in Riyadh is seeking a knowledgeable part-time or freelance Zoho Specialist to enhance our use of Zoho applications. This role involves working closely with our team to manage and optimize Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and Zoho People for seamless business operations. The position is ideal for a professional with hands-on expertise who can provide flexible support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing various Zoho modules, including CRM, Books, HR, and Payroll. They will troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges, optimize workflows to improve system efficiency, and offer expert guidance to ensure the platform operates smoothly. Regular in-office visits will be required to collaborate directly with our team and support operational demands effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in working with the Zoho One suite, especially in Payroll setup and processing.
  • Expertise in customizing Zoho CRM and setting up accounting processes within Zoho Books.
  • Strong knowledge of configuring Zoho People for HR management.
  • Ability to visit the Riyadh office as needed to provide hands-on support.
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for training and guiding staff members.

Work Arrangement
