Job Overview

Fircroft is seeking a dedicated Problem Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals adept at leading comprehensive problem management processes to minimize recurring incidents and enhance operational stability. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Arabic to facilitate effective communication within our local teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Problem Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of problem management activities from identification to resolution. Your core duties include conducting thorough root cause analyses (RCA) for major and recurring incidents, identifying patterns and trends to prevent future disruptions, and managing known errors with practical workarounds. You will also ensure that corrective actions are tracked diligently until closure and provide valuable insights through regular reporting on incident trends and improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of problem management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex incidents effectively.
• Experience in tracking and coordinating corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Proficiency in generating detailed reports to highlight trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
