• Roofers – 1,800 SR
• Sheet Metal Worker – 1,800 SR
• Sign Shop Technician – 1,800 SR
• Soft Service Supervisor – 2,500 SR
• Storekeeper – 2,500 SR
• Upholstery Specialist – 1,800 SR
• UPS Technician – 2,300 SR

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on the position but generally include:

• Perform specialized tasks proficiently in respective trades like carpentry, electrical maintenance, HVAC services, mechanical repairs, painting, roofing, and sheet metal works.
• Supervise teams and coordinate technical activities for effective project execution (for supervisory roles).
• Maintain equipment and tools in excellent working condition and ensure safety standards are met during all operations.
• Manage inventory and store operations efficiently (for Storekeeper position).
• Provide timely and quality soft services and upkeep as required.
