Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in Riyadh for three key roles: HVAC Supervisor, AC Technician, and Assistant AC Technician. These positions offer an excellent chance to advance within the HVAC industry, working with advanced cooling systems and contributing to high-quality service and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Supervisor (Chillers & Package Units): Lead and manage HVAC maintenance teams, specialize in handling chillers and package units, and ensure smooth operations of installation and repair activities. Oversee daily maintenance tasks, coordinate team efforts, and uphold safety and quality standards on all projects.

AC Technician: Perform comprehensive air conditioning maintenance and repair services. This role includes installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and ensuring optimal performance of various AC systems.

Assistant AC Technician: Support installation and maintenance of air conditioning units by assisting skilled technicians. Help with basic servicing tasks and gain practical experience with HVAC tools and systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• HVAC Supervisor: Demonstrated supervisory skills in HVAC settings, hands-on expertise with chillers and package units, and capacity to lead teams efficiently.
• AC Technician: 3 to 5 years of experience working with air conditioning systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Assistant AC Technician: 1 to 3 years assisting in AC system installation and maintenance, with foundational HVAC knowledge.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must have relevant technical experience with HVAC equipment and systems. A strong commitment to teamwork, safety procedures, and quality workmanship is essential.
