Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and well-organized professional to join our E-Commerce operations team at a leading Saudi company that specializes in premium interior design and fit-out products. This role is based in Riyadh and focuses on ensuring smooth warehouse and order fulfillment processes that support our high-end product delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various operational tasks to maintain efficiency and accuracy throughout the order handling process. This includes managing order picking, verifying barcodes, and coordinating packing activities. Additionally, you will work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider to facilitate timely customer deliveries. Ensuring Riyadh orders are prepared and dispatched on the same day when required is a critical part of this role. Managing returns and keeping inventory records updated accurately also fall under your purview. Adherence to stock movement protocols, particularly FIFO (First In, First Out), and maintaining comprehensive operational and inventory reports will be vital to your daily duties.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should be physically located in Riyadh and possess prior experience in warehouse management, E-Commerce operations, or order fulfillment processes. Attention to detail and precision in handling inventory data are essential. Strong organizational and coordination skills are necessary to thrive in this fast-paced work environment.
