Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves offering advanced Level 2 and 3 support for a variety of home appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, air conditioners, built-in ovens, gas cookers, and dryers. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, training service personnel, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include providing expert guidance to service engineers on intricate repairs and troubleshooting techniques. You will diagnose technical faults efficiently across several product categories and ensure strict adherence to safety and service standards during maintenance work. Additionally, designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, both theoretical and practical, will be a major part of your role. This includes planning induction sessions for new hires and ongoing skill enhancement for existing teams.

Another important responsibility is to analyze service data to identify recurring repair issues. You will perform root cause analysis and work closely with R&D and Quality teams to address product design or quality concerns, aiming to reduce the number of reclaim jobs. Sharing knowledge through developing and updating a technical knowledge base and service documentation is essential to support the wider service network.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering with at least five years of experience in technical support and training within the home appliances sector. Expertise in diagnosing and repairing washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, air conditioners, ovens, gas cookers, and dryers is critical.

Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or BI tools for reporting, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are necessary. The role demands the capability to develop structured training materials and documentation, coupled with team leadership and mentoring qualities. A commitment to delivering high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality is fundamental.
