Company Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

– 7+ years of experience as a T24 Technical Consultant/ Business Analyst, preferably in a banking or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of core banking processes and functionalities
– ⁠at least 3+ years experience with
– AA_Islamic_Lending is a must.
– Saudi only

Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing guidance on leveraging T24 technically to meet their needs.
– Gathering of requirements/scope and implementing end-end operations related to business functions of T24 modules
– Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of T24 modules.
– Configuring T24 modules, including core banking, deposits, loans, payments, treasury, and other relevant modules, based on business requirements.
– Design and review FSDs
– Deliver GAAP/TAABs sessions, induction training, training, and workshops
– Responding to RFI / RFPs (Request For Information / Request for Proposal) from the prospects on the coverage, compliance of T24’s suitability to prospect’s needs
– Assume integral roles in design and implementation of assigned areas of business and systems functionality across a multi-disciplinary group of functional and technical team
– Responsible as a complete business analyst managing and delivering BRD, FSD, Requirements Scoping & Sign-off, Planning, Client interactions, Prioritization and Elicitation, Review test cases.
– Providing solutions in accordance with the product improvement and enhancements
– Advise clients on workarounds and best practice solutions
– Conducting system testing, including functional and regression testing, to ensure the quality and integrity of the T24 solution.
– Keeping up-to-date with the latest T24 releases, technically, and best practices, and applying them to enhance the T24 solution.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
– Additional certifications or qualifications in banking or finance are a plus.

– In-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 banking software, including experience in configuring and customizing T24 modules to meet business requirements.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective T24 solutions.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
