Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant specializing in Temenos T24 banking software to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in T24 integration, techno-functional roles, and production support, with a strong focus on AA Islamic Lending modules. This position is ideal for professionals with over seven years of experience within banking or financial services who can effectively bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to accurately gather requirements and provide expert guidance on optimizing the T24 platform to fulfill organizational needs. Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle from requirements collection and solution design through to configuration, testing, and implementation of various T24 modules such as core banking, deposits, loans, payments, and treasury.

• Designing and reviewing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Leading training sessions, workshops, and inductions including GAAP/TAABs content delivery.
• Responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposals (RFP), ensuring T24’s compliance and suitability for prospective clients.
• Driving business analysis by creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), scoping requirements, planning, client communication, prioritizing tasks, and reviewing test cases.
• Recommending product improvements and enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Advising clients on best practices and viable workarounds.
• Conducting thorough system testing including functional and regression tests to maintain solution quality.
• Keeping abreast of new T24 releases and industry best practices to continuously improve technical implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a T24 Technical Consultant or Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience specifically with AA Islamic Lending modules.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes and T24 functionalities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; banking or finance certifications are advantageous.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing T24 modules to meet complex business needs.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Saudi nationals are preferred for this role.
