We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for Facility Management and Facade Cleaning to become a valuable part of our expanding team in Riyadh. This role requires overseeing the daily operations of facility maintenance and facade cleaning projects, ensuring all work meets high safety and quality standards while maintaining excellent client and contractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include supervising facility management and facade cleaning activities, coordinating resources such as manpower and equipment, and managing daily site operations. The supervisor will be responsible for preparing detailed site reports, monitoring project progress, and maintaining effective communication between all stakeholders to guarantee efficient and safe execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility management and/or facade cleaning within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network connections within the facility management and cleaning industry to support business growth and operational needs.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage multiple teams and sites effectively.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred to facilitate site visits and coordination.
