Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Steel Structure Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of two years’ experience overseeing steel structure fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fabrication projects, ensuring quality standards, and guiding the fabrication team for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

As a Steel Structure Fabrication Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supervising all aspects of steel structure production. Your duties will include:

• Coordinating and overseeing fabrication activities to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all fabrication processes.
• Collaborating with engineering and project teams to resolve fabrication challenges.
• Managing and mentoring fabrication workers to enhance productivity and skills.
• Monitoring material usage and equipment maintenance to optimize efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in steel structure fabrication supervision.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Preferably holding a transferable Iqama for smooth local transfer.
