Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable manpower supplier to provide a workforce of 500 workers for a vital project located near the Hajj area in Makkah. This opportunity is open to qualified single or multiple sponsors (up to three) who can meet strict workforce requirements within a 30-day contract period.

Key Responsibilities

Workers will be engaged in essential operational tasks including:

• Loading materials
• Unloading shipments
• Cleaning and maintenance activities

Worker Requirements and Qualifications

The workforce must comply with Saudi labor regulations and include individuals holding valid Iqama and health insurance. Accepted nationalities for this project are Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Nepali.

Operational Details

The entire workforce of 500 must be delivered and formally handed over at the designated worksite. Any absent or noncompliant workers need to be replaced within 48 hours of notification to avoid penalties. Daily deductions will apply for any missing manpower until the gap is filled. Throughout the project, workers will be supervised directly on-site for quality and compliance.

Contract and Compensation

The contract duration is 30 days from the official workforce handover. Workers will operate 10 hours daily, with a total rate of SAR 2,500 per worker excluding VAT. Accommodation, meals, and transportation between the housing and project site will be provided by the contracting party.

Payment will be structured as follows:

• 10% upon signing the contract
• 40% on arrival and official handover of all 500 workers
• 30% after 15 days of deployment
• 20% after 25 days of deployment

Additional Information

The contracting party reserves the right to inspect labor camps before finalizing any agreement to ensure compliance and suitability of the workforce. Strict adherence to delivery timelines is expected, with no payments for idle days and penalties applying for delays per contractual terms.
