Job Overview

An established company in Riyadh is urgently seeking experienced professionals for multiple technical and maintenance roles, including Electrician, HVAC Technician, Kitchen Equipment Technician, Laundry Technician, Carpenter, General Maintenance Technician, Mason, Painter, and Plumber. Candidates must be willing to transfer their iqama and take on an 8-hour daily duty schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repair tasks related to assigned field
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently
• Follow company guidelines to maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete assignments within set timeframes
• Report any potential hazards or malfunctions to supervisors promptly

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in one or more of the specified trades
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills and responsibility towards assigned tasks
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts as required

Salary and Benefits

The listed salary for these positions is 1,500 SAR plus 3,000 SAR for OT allowances. The company also provides food, transportation, and access to a medical room for employees.
