Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and secure steel bars and mesh used for reinforcing concrete structures.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Set up and dismantle formwork and shuttering frameworks accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to meet daily targets and maintain quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or Shuttering Carpenter in a construction setting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment.
• Valid Iqama and active insurance coverage are mandatory for employment.
