Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control equipment across the compound. This role demands careful attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems efficiently and safely.
• Repair or replace electrical components such as appliances and light fixtures.
• Inspect and diagnose issues with transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical devices.
• Estimate costs for both preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Use electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot problems and determine necessary repairs.
• Run and terminate various types of cables and trace telephone lines from the IP Telephony Switchboard to different units within the compound.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment responsibly to ensure proper use and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all repair and maintenance tasks and promptly report any workplace incidents or accidents.
• Supervise electrical work performed by third-party contractors on site.
• Record electrical meter readings and prepare reports on electricity consumption.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily maintenance activities.
• Carry out any additional reasonable tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Iqama with transferable status.
• Basic English communication skills are required for effective teamwork and reporting.
• Applicants should be Indian or Filipino nationals.
