Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Service Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves managing service requests, invoice processing, payment tracking, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in service coordination, invoicing, and payment follow-up, preferably within manpower supply or material trading sectors.
Key Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and verifying Purchase Orders received from customers, accurately preparing and submitting invoices, and overseeing the entire payment process. Monitoring payment statuses, maintaining precise payment records, and holding timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices are crucial parts of this position. Coordination with various internal teams to support smooth service delivery and billing processes is essential. Additionally, this role includes maintaining organized documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and correspondence, while providing regular reports related to invoicing, payments, and customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in service coordination, invoice management, or customer payment follow-ups. Familiarity with Purchase Order processing and payment tracking tools is necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal staff is required.
