Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly within petrochemical shutdown and turnaround projects. This role demands a candidate with strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles applied to scaffolding operations and a solid background working with Saudi Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quantity surveying activities related to scaffolding for oil and gas projects.
• Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for scaffolding divisions during shutdown and turnaround operations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and documentation of scaffolding materials and services.
• Perform cost analysis and assist with procurement planning to optimize resource allocation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the scaffolding division, preferably with Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas industry standards involving shutdown and turnaround operations.
• Excellent knowledge of quantity surveying techniques, cost control, and financial reporting related to scaffolding.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Employment Details

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and requires Iqama transfer eligibility. The offered salary ranges between 2000 to 3000 SAR plus a Foreign Allowance Travel (FAT) benefit.
