Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects using Autodesk Revit, ensuring alignment with design intent and project standards. This role significantly contributes to producing coordinated 3D models, detailed drawings, accurate schedules, and clash-free outputs to support multidisciplinary collaboration throughout various project phases.

Key Responsibilities

The Revit Modeler will:

• Develop and maintain BIM models consistent with design specifications and project guidelines.
• Produce coordinated 3D models, technical drawings, and schedules to support design and execution stages.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues across disciplines to facilitate smooth project progression.
• Collaborate effectively with design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with BIM execution plans.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of five years proven experience in Revit modeling within BIM environments.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and coordination workflows.
• Proficiency in producing clash-free and detailed BIM outputs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Immediate availability to join the project.

Additional Information

This position is offered through a supplier-based contract with a competitive salary package. Please note that Iqama transfer is not available for this role. Employment will be handled via Ajeer or under a Kafeel No Objection Letter.
