We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone with a background in recruitment who is eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and coordinating candidates for various positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

The recruiter will be responsible for managing candidate relations and scheduling interviews effectively. Coordinating with job applicants and providing timely updates regarding appointments is essential. Handling recruitment-related tasks in connection with recruitment offices will also be part of the daily duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least six months of experience in recruitment is essential.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with candidates.
• Previous experience in outsourcing and leasing activities is advantageous.
• Background in construction companies or FMCG sectors will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with recruitment office operations is preferred.
