We are a leading construction company based in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Al Ahsa Jafurah. This role is crucial in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality standards throughout our projects, ensuring compliance with both project specifications and international quality norms.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and executing robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) tailored to project requirements. The role involves supervising QA/QC inspections at various project sites, coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients to maintain high-quality standards, and leading internal audits to evaluate compliance and quality performance. Additionally, the manager will review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and other quality documentation. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all projects is also a key part of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates should have a strong background in construction or oil and gas projects, with proven expertise in managing quality assurance and quality control activities. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in preparing detailed quality reports and conducting internal audits will greatly benefit the candidate in this role.
