We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Controller to join our reputable furniture manufacturing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished furniture pieces.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting various stages of furniture production, including frame construction, welding, painting, foam application, sewing, upholstery, and finishing. Your main tasks will include identifying defects, verifying product conformity with specifications, and preparing detailed quality inspection and defect reports to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control within the furniture manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of sofa and furniture production processes
• Ability to assess and inspect frames, welding quality, paint finishes, foam application, sewing techniques, upholstery, and final finishing touches
• Knowledge of measurements, technical drawings, and specifications is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address quality issues promptly
• Detail-oriented with a responsible approach to maintaining quality standards
