Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join a reputable restaurant and catering company based in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals experienced within the food industry who can ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality assurance protocols in the restaurant and catering operations. This includes monitoring food safety practices, ensuring adherence to ISO 22000 and HACCP standards, and conducting regular inspections to uphold industry regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working in the Restaurant and Catering sector.
• Certification in ISO 22000, demonstrating knowledge of food safety management systems.
• HACCP certification to guarantee compliance with health and safety requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience within the GCC region.
• Valid Iqama and residency status in Riyadh.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must currently reside in Riyadh to be considered. Preference will be given to Indian, Pakistani, and Filipino nationals, aligning with the company’s recruitment policy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 3,500 to SAR 4,000.
