We are urgently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a dynamic Interior Fit-Out Furniture Factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is tailored for professionals familiar with furniture manufacturing and retail fit-out projects, where managing factory operations efficiently and ensuring timely delivery are critical.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all phases of furniture production related to interior fit-out projects, primarily focusing on retail environments. Key duties include managing production workflows, supervising manpower, coordinating materials, and ensuring adherence to delivery schedules. The role also demands close monitoring of joinery, finishing, and other manufacturing processes to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in furniture production and operations within an interior fit-out factory setting.
• Hands-on involvement in retail fit-out projects is mandatory to understand project-specific requirements.
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing techniques, joinery, finishing processes, and overall factory production cycles.
• Effective planning skills to manage manpower allocation, material supplies, and timely delivery coordination.
• Excellent communication abilities paired with leadership skills to guide and motivate production teams.
