Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Specialist to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. This role involves working closely with various Odoo modules including Payroll, Accounting, CRM, and HR to support and enhance our business processes. The position requires occasional visits to our office in Riyadh for hands-on assistance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Odoo modules such as CRM, Accounting, HR, and Payroll. Tasks will include troubleshooting technical challenges, configuring workflows to improve efficiency, and providing expert advice to ensure smooth operations across departments. Additionally, you will assist in training staff to maximize system utilization.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency with Odoo ERP (both Community and Enterprise editions)
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo Payroll setup and processing
• Experience customizing CRM modules, configuring Accounting features, and setting up HR functionalities
• Strong troubleshooting and system optimization skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support team members
• Willingness and ability to visit our Riyadh office as needed

Work Arrangement

This role offers flexible part-time or freelance engagement. Regular visits to the Riyadh office will be required depending on project demands and operational needs.
