Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable manpower supply company to provide skilled personnel for a residential apartment project located in Riyadh. The project requires a team comprising several cleaners, a landscape technician, and a multi-skilled technician with supervisory experience. This opportunity is ideal for companies that can offer competitive pricing and comply with required regulations.

Key Requirements

• Cleaners: 6 positions available with a maximum budget between 3,000 to 3,400 SAR each.
• Landscape Technician: 1 position with a budget ceiling of 4,200 SAR.
• Multi Technician: 1 position with expertise in plumbing, reporting, technical tasks, and supervisory responsibilities; the budget limit for this role is 5,200 SAR.

Additional Conditions

All personnel must have a valid IQAMA. Accommodation and transportation are the responsibility of the manpower supplier company. Work shifts are arranged on a 7-day schedule with one day off in rotation. Daily working hours are approximately 10 to 11 hours.

Work Environment

The project site is a residential apartment complex in Riyadh. Please note that this is not a construction site, and duties will be aligned accordingly.
