SRACO Company is seeking skilled professionals for multiple maintenance positions on a local transfer basis in Riyadh. These roles include supervisory, technical, and support staff opportunities, suitable for candidates with relevant experience in maintenance and quality assurance across various specializations.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

• Supervisor – Quality Assurance Officer: Ensure adherence to quality standards through regular inspections, maintain thorough documentation, and implement effective quality control processes.
• Craftsman/Technician – Electronics Technician: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic systems and equipment to ensure their performance and reliability.
• Craftsman/Technician – General Maintenance Technician: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs to support facility upkeep.
• Craftsman/Technician – BMS Operator/Technician: Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), manage HVAC systems efficiently, and address system alerts promptly.
• Labour – Gardener: Care for gardens and landscaping by planting, trimming, watering, and managing general outdoor maintenance.
• Labour – Teaboy: Assist with office hospitality duties such as providing tea and refreshments and maintaining pantry cleanliness.
• Labour – VIP Coffee Server: Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to VIP guests while maintaining high service standards and presentation.

Requirements

Applicants must be non-Saudis except for the Teaboy role, which is open to Indian nationals. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required for all technical and supervisory positions. Candidates should have transferable Iqama and be ready for local transfer within Riyadh.
