Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Mobility and Asset Control Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position combines office and site-based responsibilities, focusing on managing workforce mobility and overseeing asset control across various project locations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle mobilization and demobilization processes, coordinate accommodation and transportation, and ensure strict adherence to site access protocols.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves comprehensive coordination of lease agreements and maintaining a detailed register for lease renewals and payment schedules. You will manage the entire lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) assets, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely asset calibration, audits, and effective tracking systems. Additionally, you will support operational requirements both at the office and on-site, with an ability to respond flexibly to urgent needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in mobility coordination, asset management, or inventory control, preferably with an MEP background.
• Strong familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English to facilitate smooth communication.

Work Environment

This position is a hybrid role requiring presence both in the office and at project sites. The candidate should be comfortable adapting to on-site environments and flexible scheduling to meet evolving operational demands.
