Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor and Storekeeper to oversee store operations and support day-to-day maintenance activities at a facility in Riyadh. This role involves managing materials, spares, and tools inventory while supervising a team of technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. The position demands strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to coordinating between the store and maintenance site.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming materials, spares, and tools, addressing any delivery discrepancies promptly.
• Issuing materials according to work orders while maintaining accurate records of stock movement.
• Organizing and labeling the store inventory, conducting regular stock counts, and proactively reordering to prevent shortages.
• Assigning daily tasks to MEP technicians specializing in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and monitoring progress until job completion.
• Performing routine site inspections to identify faults or safety concerns and assisting in closing out maintenance work orders.
• Providing concise daily or weekly reports to management detailing completed work and material usage.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess a technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field along with 3 to 5 years of experience in MEP or facility maintenance roles that include inventory management. Proven ability to supervise a maintenance team and familiarity with computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Experience with maintenance management software like CAFM is preferred but not mandatory.
