Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Expeditor to join a prestigious Aramco project based in Riyadh. This role focuses on ensuring timely procurement and delivery of mechanical materials, playing a vital part in the smooth progress of the project within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up with vendors on mechanical equipment and material deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate with procurement and project teams to handle documentation efficiently.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration between vendors, contractors, and the project management team to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of material statuses and report on progress regularly to support project planning.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Mechanical Expeditor, specifically on Aramco projects.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, material tracking, and delivery coordination within the oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and project documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to candidates currently residing within Saudi Arabia who are available for local transfer, helping ensure quick onboarding and project continuity.
