Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician with proven expertise in both electrical and plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical wiring, plumbing, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshooting and repairing faults in electrical and plumbing systems promptly.
• Responding efficiently to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Ensuring all tasks comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Keeping precise maintenance logs and reporting any persistent or recurring issues to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance roles.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and plumbing systems along with troubleshooting techniques.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Valid Saudi Iqama with eligibility for local transfer is mandatory.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia; applications from locally available candidates only.
