A well-established hotel chain based in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in managing maintenance operations within a similar environment. This role requires someone with a strong leadership background capable of overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, scheduling routine inspections, and ensuring prompt repair work to maintain the hotel facilities at optimal standards. Efficiently managing resources and coordinating with different departments to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency will be essential duties for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance management role
• Valid Iqama and driving license are mandatory
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and other departments
