Job Overview

We are urgently looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing delivery operations through the Jahez and HungerStation platforms, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient supervision of daily logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee driver management, monitor live order statuses, assign deliveries, and promptly resolve any operational challenges. They will also be responsible for generating detailed operational reports and maintaining effective communication with all team members to guarantee the timely fulfillment of deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor within Saudi Arabia.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Jahez and HungerStation dashboard operations.
• Strong ability to manage fleets and coordinate driver assignments efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle delivery-related issues effectively.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate the delivery team.
• Possession of a valid and transferable Iqama, with first transfer only.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of SAR 2,500. Accommodation and transportation are provided by the company. Please note that food expenses will be the responsibility of the employee.
