Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead maintenance operations for outdoor landscaping and garden projects. The ideal candidate should possess a solid engineering background with at least seven years of relevant experience. This position is based in Riyadh and requires candidates currently employed in Saudi Arabia who are willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing ongoing maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring the smooth operation of landscaping elements, and leading both internal teams and subcontractors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules covering plants, irrigation systems, lighting, and hardscape features. Monitoring irrigation systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing water usage efficiency are essential parts of this role.

Additionally, you will control operational expenses to stay within budget, prepare detailed performance and operational reports, respond to client feedback, and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout all sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with at least seven years in landscape or outdoor maintenance management
• Experience in leading teams and managing subcontractors effectively
• Proficiency in managing irrigation systems and water consumption optimization
• Capability to develop preventive maintenance plans for diverse landscaping components
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and address technical queries
• Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines
